Sustainable Weight Loss That Lasts
Achieve freedom from food addiction. Results you can accomplish and maintain — in your body and your life.
The Sustainable Weight Loss Academy is a supportive coaching program designed to help women accomplish lasting weight loss by addressing sugar/food dependency, building commitment, and creating habits that work in real life.
This isn’t about perfection, extreme rules, or starting over. It’s about learning how to follow through — and seeing those results carry into confidence, energy, and everyday life.

The Problem
Why weight loss starts — but rarely lasts
Most weight loss programs focus on what to eat, when to eat, or which plan to follow. While these approaches can create short-term results, they rarely address the deeper issue — sugar’s hold on behavior and the patterns that cause weight to return. Without addressing that, even the best plan eventually breaks down.
When I started keto in January 2018, I was obese, miserable, and didn’t believe in myself. I wasn’t just struggling with weight — I was struggling with sugar addiction and the patterns that had kept me stuck for years.
By addressing my sugar dependency, following clean keto with fasting, and keeping movement simple (mostly walking), I lost over 200 pounds, came off all my medications, and rebuilt my relationship with my body.
But the most important change wasn’t physical.
It was learning how to make changes that actually last.
I believe keto can be a powerful tool for many people — especially those who feel lost, frustrated, or scared about their future. But tools alone aren’t enough. Without addressing addiction, habits, and follow-through, weight almost always returns.
That’s why my focus isn’t just helping people lose weight.
It’s helping them make changes they can live with — long term.
I’m here to support, answer questions, and guide our community through a process that leads to permanent lifestyle change — one that improves not just how you look, but how you feel, how you trust yourself, and how you show up in your life.
